As one of the Cegid partners, we are pleasure to attend together with over 450 participants from all over the world. It was a great event to learn about our latest products and to be inspired about the future of retail, enabled by unified commerce technology.
With the explosion of omnichannel and the advance of new technologies, the retail industry, consumer experience and shopping journeys have been completely shaken up.
Consumers expect a unified, frictionless and personalized brand experience, across all touch points wherever and whenever they shop. Over Cegid Connections, we demonstrated how, together, we can achieved this transformation, capture new growth opportunities, and never miss a sale!

Innovation literally everywhere
There were a number of innovation and discovery areas that proved very popular. The Cegid Innovation Store was a hotspot for learning about the possibilities of unified commerce and how to delight customers with frictionless service.
At the Partner Village, 35 retail partners were on hand to showcase their latest innovations and share learnings. We were also very proud to present our expertise.
